A Classic Richmond City Engagement Session – Richmond, VA

This may be my new favorite engagement session y’all! Samantha and Miles wanted their engagement session to be “all things Richmond”, and encompass that Richmond vibe they absolutely love. We met at the Lee Monument on Monument Ave (Miles is a history buff), and then continued by exploring the capitol. I can see why they wanted to have their beloved city play such a huge role in their engagement session! I moved to Virginia from Idaho almost 7 years ago, and since then, we haven’t spent much time in the city of Richmond. We have lived in towns with a smaller population than my graduating class, and traveling to the city always seemed like a hassle – dealing with traffic, finding places to park, finding our way around, dealing with so. many. people. But, every time I visit Richmond, I turn a corner and find something else to love about the city. I think there may be a little bit city girl in me after all!
