University of Richmond Engagement Session

Whitney and Eric first met at the University of Richmond where they both attended law school. So, when Whitney first told me about her plans to have their engagement session at the same location where they met, my little photographer heart jumped for joy! I always love when couples choose an engagement session location that has special meaning to them. Whether the location is where they met, where they had their first kiss, or where he proposed I absolutely love incorporating this into their wedding story.

The week before Whitney and Eric’s engagement session was cold and rainy, but we held out hope and were absolutely blessed with the one sunny and (somewhat) warm day in February. I could not have asked for a better evening with these two. They even brought along their dog, Finn, who completely stole the show with his model face!

Whitney and Eric will be getting married at the Science Museum of Richmond this October and I can’t wait to capture their big day. But until then, enjoy a few of my favorites from their engagement session!
